3D-Simulation shows velours fabric
The latest version of 3D simulation provides visual simulation of pile fabric on single and double needle bar machines.
Support for simulation of textile structures has significantly expanded.
Machines with pile bars are able to produce slopes of yarn on top of the basic fabric. This feature got implemented into 3D simulation.
The user interface offers cutting of the slopes in user selectable height. Brushing of filaments of the so cut yarn ends is done in a further simulation process. The result is the well known surface of velours fabric.
On double needle bar machines front or back side can be shown by choice.
